VOC Free Fountain Solution for Offset Printing ,  CTP Plates , Sheetfed

KENUO Fount Xi

Fountain solution additive for sheetfed applications, ideally suitable for alcohol reduction. Suitable for CTP plates.

Advantages:

- Strong buffer system, guarantees a stable pH value .

- Low build up on the blanket and long washing intervals.

- Suitable for all water qualities, no crystal on ink roller.

- Good wetting of the plate also at high speed.

- Eliminates bacterial growth of algae, bacteria.

- VOC (volatile organic compound) free.

Recommendations for use:

A normal recommended dosage is 2-3% of Kenuo Fount Xi per liter of water. However, the optimum dosage will vary according to the conditions and may need to be determined by experimentation.

Note:

R-phrases

R36/38 - lrritating to eyes and skin. R43 - May cause sensitization by skin contact.

S-phrases

S25 - avoid contact with eyes. S26 - In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice.S35 - This material and container must be disposed of in a safe way.S36/37/39 - wear suitable protective clothing and gloves,and eye/face protection. S45 - In case of accident or if you feel unwell, seek medical advice immediately(show the label where possible).
